About

A converter for one job: take a bank statement and give back a file an accounting tool accepts, with the transactions intact.

Why it exists

Nearly every converter on the market reads a statement the way a scanner does — by where the text sits on the page. That works until a description wraps onto a second line or the debit and credit columns sit close together, and then the amounts end up attached to the wrong rows.

This one reads the statement for what it is instead: which token is a date, which is a description, which is an amount. A wrapped line belongs to the transaction above it, because that is what it means on the page — not because of where it sits.

How it works

  1. You upload a statement

A PDF, a photo, or a CSV — one file or a batch of them.

  2. The first pages come back free

Only the free pages are read at that point, so nothing is spent on pages nobody has unlocked.

  3. Unlock the rest, or not

A batch that fits inside the free pages costs nothing. Longer ones are unlocked with one payment, priced by the page before you pay.

Who it is for

Anyone who has to get transactions out of a statement: bookkeepers and accountants receiving statements from many banks, businesses reconciling their own accounts, and anyone moving history into a new accounting tool.
