Merge bank statements

Combine several statement PDFs into one file — for a whole quarter, or one client across three banks — without re-rendering a single page.

Merge bank statements

Sends you the link to the result. Nothing else is sent.

The first 3 pages of a batch are free. You only pay if the statement runs longer, and the price is shown before you pay.

Why merge first

A quarter of statements is twelve files. Sending twelve attachments is how one gets missed, so merging is usually the first step before anything else — and it is also how you hand an accountant one file instead of a folder.

Order comes from the order you add the files, and pages keep their original size and quality: merging copies pages, it does not print them again.

How to merge

  1. Add the statements

Drop in or select every PDF you want in the result.

  2. Merge them

The pages are combined in the order you added the files.

  3. Download one PDF

A single file with all the pages, ready to send or convert.

The files are not kept

The statements are used only to produce the merged PDF and are deleted right after. The details are in Privacy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I merge bank statements into one PDF?

Select or drop all the statements at once, then download a single PDF with the files in the order you added them.

Can I reorder the statements?

Not in one step. Merge them in the order you want them, or merge in two batches and merge the results if the order matters.

Will the pages stay identical?

Yes. Merging does not re-render or re-compress the pages — the statements keep their original content, page size, and quality.

Can I merge a password-protected statement?

Unlock it first, then merge the unlocked copy.

Are my files kept?

No. The files are used only to produce the merged PDF and are deleted right after.

Do I need an account?

No. Merging works without signing up.
