A batch is one upload: as many statements as you drop in at once, priced together. Up to 20 files and 500 pages per batch. The pages you have already seen free are never charged for again.

Pricing questions
What counts as a page?
Each printed page of a statement paste. A photo of a statement counts as one page. The price is shown before you pay, based on the files you added.
How does the free trial work?
The first pages of your first statement are converted and shown without paying — that is the trial, and it is once per visitor, not once per statement. If it runs longer, one payment unlocks the rest.
Do I pay before or after the conversion?
On your first statement, after you have seen the free pages. After that the batch is priced in full before it is read: you see the page count and the price, then pay or cancel.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per batch. There is no recurring charge and no account required to pay.
What if the file turns out not to be a statement?
You are told straight away instead of getting a broken file. If the model cannot read a file at all, the batch is not converted and you are not left guessing why.
Which currency am I charged in?
Your own, where we have a price for it: the page shows the rate in your local currency and Polar charges in it, which is also what unlocks the local payment methods (BLIK, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Bancontact and the rest). Prices are set from the US dollar and rounded to a local-looking number, so the amount can differ by a few per cent from a live exchange rate. If we have no price for your currency, you are charged in US dollars.
What formats can I get out?
CSV, Excel, QuickBooks, QIF, OFX, Tally XML, and JSON. The format you pick before paying is the one you receive.
Do you keep the files?
Files are deleted after conversion. The details are in the privacy notice.
